At DigitasLBi, I took a leading role to guild Trelleborg's digital journey by activating a social media strategy with a global capability training program across 40 different markets with Trelleborg's marketing responsible over a four-month period.

is a world leader in engineered polymer solutions that seal, damp and protect critical applications in demanding environments with +16.000 employees globally.


The participants expressed great satisfaction with the program and an interest in further educational deep-dives in the social sphere. It also raised awareness of how social media as a discipline can create more than brand value. The program later led to social media tracks in HR, Sales and several business units to embarked on new social media activities in their respective markets.
